Beth Smith is an expert in customer loyalty and data-driven direct marketing programs. She founded her direct marketing strategic consulting firm Smith Browning Direct, Inc. in 1988 and has worked with both business-to-business and consumer marketers internationally. Beth started her career in Boston at Epsilon, the leading direct/database marketing company. At Epsilon she held several positions over 15 years, including Creative Director, VP of Account Management, and VP of Marketing - where she was responsible for all new business sales and marketing efforts. While at Epsilon Beth led teams who won numerous regional and international awards, including direct marketing's prestigious Echo awards.
